Arie Kizel (Ph.D) is the president of The International Council of Philosophical Inquiry with Children (ICPIC)
& Head of the Department of learning, instruction and teacher education at the faculty of education, university
of Haifa, Israel. He is associated researcher of the Laboratory of Research on Practical Philosophy (L.R.P.Ph.
/University of the Aegean). His research areas are: philosophy of education, philosophy with (and for) children,

research of curriculum and textbooks and study of social groups’ narrative. He was the head of the Israeli-
German commission for textbooks research (2010 – 2015). He has pulished articles on Textbooks and Curricula
and Philosophy of Education/Philosophy with Children.

Arie Kizel (Ph.D) est Président du Conseil International de la Recherche Philosophique avec des Enfants (ICPIC)
et Chef du Département d'Apprentissage, Education et Formation de Enseignants / Faculté d'Education/
Université de Ηaifa, Israël. Il est associé au Laboratoire de Recherche en Philosophie Pratique (L.R.Ph.P.
/Université d’Egée). Ses champs de recherche sont: philosophie de l'éducation, philosophie pour/avec des
enfants, curriculum et manuels et étude des récits des groupes sociaux. Il fût Chef de la commission Israélite-
Allemande pour la recherche des sources écrites (2010 – 2015). Ιl a publié des articles sur les Curricula et le
Manuels, la Philosophie de l’éducation et la philosophie avec les enfants.

Πρόεδρος του Διεθνούς Συμβουλίου Φιλοσοφικής Έρευνας με τα Παιδιά (ICPIC). Πρόεδρος του «Τμήματος
Μάθησης, Επιμόρφωσης και Παιδαγωγικής», στη Σχολή Εκπαίδευσης, στο Πανεπιστήμιο της Haifa/ Ισραήλ
& ερευνητής στο Εργαστήριο Έρευνας στην Πρακτική Φιλοσοφία (Ε.Ε.Π.Φ. Παν/μιο Αιγαίου). Τα ερευνητικά
του πεδία είναι: η φιλοσοφία της εκπαίδευσης, η φιλοσοφία με /για τα παιδιά, η έρευνα προγραμμάτων
σπουδών και σχολικών εγχειριδίων και η μελέτη των αφηγήσεων των κοινωνικών ομάδων. Διετέλεσε
επικεφαλής της ισραηλο-γερμανικής επιτροπής για την έρευνα σχολικών εγχειριδίων (2010 - 2015). Έχει
δημοσιεύσει άρθρα σχετικά με τα Αναλυτικά Προγράμματα & τα Εγχειρίδια, τη Φιλοσοφία της Παιδείας &
της Φιλοσοφία με Παιδιά.
