Planning, organisation and overall coordination of the BIP, including the following: identifying and contacting prospective partner universities and establishing the final consortium of collaborating institutions; coordinating the academic partners from the participating universities and corresponding with them throughout all stages of the BIP implementation; liaising with the University of the Aegean Erasmus Office to ensure the correct administrative procedures; coordinating the institutional procedures required for the implementation of the BIP, including approval of the programme by the Department Assembly and the selection process for the participating University of the Aegean students; designing the structure and content of the activities; identifying guest speakers and corresponding with them; developing the programme in collaboration with the academic coordinators from the partner universities, aligning the contributions of the participating institutions and anticipating the conditions and requirements for its implementation; supervising the implementation and ensuring the overall coherence of the activities; organising the practical arrangements for the implementation of the programme (including, indicatively, identifying accommodation options and organising excursions and guided tours); developing & preparing the content of the BIP website; supervising and coordinating the work of the two project support staff members assigned to the BIP, providing guidance, reviewing their work, and ensuring the effective implementation of financial, administrative, communication, participant mobility, website development, and enrolment-related tasks.

Specifically:
Communication and correspondence with all partner institutions for the preparation, completion and signing of bilateral agreements, as well as learning and teaching agreements for all participating academic staff and students. Collection and verificaton of the required supporting documents for participant mobility and submission of the complete documentation to the Erasmus+ Office
