Jian Ding holds his PhD from the University of Paris VIII, LLCP-Paris 8. He holds a master and a bachelor degree of philosophy from the University of Paris VIII, He is currently a research fellow at the Laboratory of Research on Practical Philosophy and a member of the Network of Philosophy of Education in Praxis (L.R.P.Ph. University of the Aegean), teaching staff at the Institute of Marxist Philosophy/ Research Center for Social Development and Postmodern Thought (Shanxi University, China). He was Secretary General of the Association of Chinese Researchers in Educational Science in France (ACCSEF, 2018-2019), President of the 33rd Union of Chinese Researchers and Students in France (UCECF,2018-2021) and correspondent of the magazine CHISA (China Scholars Abroad) (belonging to China Education Newspaper). He also participated in seminars as a host of the fora (Second French Higher Education Reform and Development Forum [Haut Conseil d’Évaluation de la Recherche et de l’Enseignement Supérieur], Chinese International Education Forum, First French Higher Education Reform and Development Forum).
