Assistant Professor - researcher at the University of Rennes, member of the scientific laboratory CREAD (EA
3875). He holds a PhD in Philosophy (Université Paris 10) and in the Sciences of Education (Université

Montpellier). He holds a degree in Oriental Languages and Civilizations (INALCO-Paris), and is a musician
awarded by the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation. His researches focus mainly on the philosophy of education and
raise the broad issue of emancipation according to the two pillars of the history of philosophy and the
contemporary challenges in education. Ηis work is predominantly directed towards the issue of the conditions
of practicability and are integrated in a broader political reflection. Thus, the fields of knowledge (cognitive
operations), power (practices of justice) and ethics (art of living, prudence) are dovetailed. They are extended
to an empirical level through the co-processing of innovative pedagogical practices (cooperative social practice
and activation of Freinet Pedagogy, “philosophy in the beginning”) within a critical perspective: the
restructuring of education in its classroom form (transformation of the relations of knowledge production),
the conversion in the processes of individual (joy) and collective (democracy) subjectification, the production
of new practical and theoretical solutions to the problem of school (and social) justice. His last two books: Go,

(Université Montpellier). Διπλωματούχος στις Ανατολικές Γλώσσες και Πολιτισμούς (INALCO-Paris), και
μουσικός βραβευμένος από το Ίδρυμα Yehudi Menuhin. Oι ερευνητικές του εργασίες αφορούν κυρίως στη
φιλοσοφία της παιδείας και θέτουν το γενικό πρόβλημα της χειραφέτησης σύμφωνα με τους δύο άξονες
της ιστορίας της φιλοσοφίας και των σύγχρονων διακυβευμάτων στην εκπαίδευση. Στρέφονται κατεξοχήν
στο ερώτημα περί των συνθηκών της πρακτικής δυνατότητας και εντάσσονται σε ένα γενικότερο πολιτικό
στοχασμό. Κατ΄ αυτόν τον τρόπο συναρθρώνονται τα πεδία της γνώσης (γνωσιακές πράξεις), της εξουσίας
( πρακτικές δικαιοσύνης) και της ηθικής (τέχνη του ζην, σωφροσύνη). Προεκτείνονται σε εμπειρικό επίπεδο
μέσα από την συν-επεξεργασία καινοτομικών παιδαγωγικών πρακτικών (συνεταιριστική κοινωνική
πρακτική και ενεργοποίηση της παιδαγωγικής Freinet, «φιλοσοφία στις απαρχές») μέσα σε μία κριτική
προοπτική: αναδιοργάνωση της σχολικής μορφής της εκπαίδευσης (μεταμόρφωση των σχέσεων

παραγωγής γνώσεων), μετασχηματισμός των διαδικασιών ατομικής (χαρά) και συλλογικής (δημοκρατία)
υποκειμενοποίησης, παραγωγή νέων πρακτικών και θεωρητικών λύσεων στο πρόβλημα της σχολικής (και
